An exam should be conducted on International/national/regional level in which the student can describe all his questions that he/she may have wondered about.
The question should be logical & based on science. The exam page then should be sent directly/indirectly to any scientific center where the Scientists can see all the questions behind million minds & can work on such questions they may have not even thought about.
In this way one can imagine at what speed the Progress can be done!
One whose questions will be chosen & worked on, he should be Awarded / as it will be described.
A specific criteria should be put on, so that it will ensure that questions are written seriously & logically.
